Know Before You Go
Bag Policy
All bags, backpacks, and purses are prohibited. Clutches and wristlets no larger than 4" x 6" x 1.5” are permitted and will be subject to visual inspection.
Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items and diaper bags after they go through a thorough security screening.
Mobile Ticketing
Tickets are DIGITAL ONLY and are accessible through Ticketmaster or Account Manager, using the same email with which you purchased your tickets.
Add your ticket(s) to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay before arriving at KeyBank Center to avoid slow or weak WiFi or cellular connection.
Parking
Parking is available in the KeyBank Center parking ramp and at the LECOM Harborcenter. Both ramps are cashless and accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. See map below.
Costs for event parking range from $ 20 to $ 25.
Non-Permitted Items
Animals (except service animals), aerosol cans, alcoholic beverages, backpacks, chains, drones, explosives, firearms, food or beverage from outside, fuel, frisbees/beach balls, hazardous chemicals, illegal drugs, laser pens, musical instruments or artificial noisemakers, razor-type blades, self-defense spray, selfie sticks, studded jewelry, weapons of any kind.
Cashless Venue
At KeyBank Center, we only accept electronic payments, such as credit/debit cards, mobile payments, or digital wallets. No cash is allowed.
Camera Policy
No professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses are permitted in the venue
